     Block of 20 flats with office space and underground parking, the Moscow river view, opposite Kievskyi railway station. It is a building with multi–level appartments, one staircase and elevator, underground parking; rooftop space is available for multipurpose use. According to the contract, each appartment has windows on the opposite sides of the building and the riverview. The majority of the  appartments are two–levelled, and have their own private exit to the roof.

     Arcitectural style of the buildings is aligned with the  stylistic environment of the Embankment. The constructors applied traditional method of dividing the facades horizontally and vertically, large plinth and flat rooftops open for use.
